hello, i'm pamela.
I am a integrative health coach, a very enthusiastic walker, a grandmother, a person who once smelled like a new leather handbag for the better part of a year (keto, don't ask), and someone who has been on a weight and wellness journey since before some of my clients were born.
I live in Indianapolis. I have been married since 1989 to the same patient man. We have had 22 different mailing addresses in that time because corporate relocations are so fun. I have three grown sons, two grandchildren who are six and three and already running faster than me, and a third arriving summer 2026 who will no doubt catch up quickly.
I am also genuinely, specifically good at this work. Not because I have a perfect story. Because I have a real one.

I help people stop waiting to live their lives and start building something that actually works in the body and life they have right now.
That might look like working through a GLP-1 journey without losing your mind or your muscle mass. It might look like figuring out why you keep starting over and what to do differently this time. It might look like finally sleeping better, having more energy, getting to the farmers market, or just feeling less like you are behind on everything all the time.
Sometimes it is big. Sometimes it is surprisingly specific. Either way, we figure it out together.
I am an IIN-certified health coach currently completing board certification through the National Board for Health and Wellness Coaching (NBHWC). I bring an evidence-based approach, a whole-person perspective, and enough lived experience to know that the gap between knowing what to do and actually doing it is where most people need the most help.
That gap is where I work.

I do not hand you a plan and send you on your way. I do not tell you what to eat, prescribe a supplement stack, or suggest a detox. (That last one especially. Please, no.)
What I do is ask good questions, listen to the answers, and help you figure out what is actually going on and what would actually help. Sessions are driven by your agenda. Your life, your pace, your direction.
I work closely alongside physicians, dietitians, and therapists, always within my scope of practice. I know my lane and I stay in it, which means you get a coach who is genuinely useful without overstepping into territory that belongs to someone else.

Everyone. Full stop.
I mean that in the most literal sense. This work is not limited by gender, body size, age, background, or where you are starting from. I have been the person in the room who wondered if there was space for them. There is always space here.
Wandermoon is built for people who are done waiting for the right moment, the right number, or the right version of themselves to show up. You can show up as the current version. That is the one we work with.
A few more things about me
In case you like to know who you are talking to before you book a call:
I have attempted the Appalachian Trail more than once. It has humbled me repeatedly and I keep going back.
I have walked across Spain on the Camino Francés, through Portugal on the Camino Portugués, along the southern coast of Portugal on the Fishermen's Trail, through Ireland on the Kerry Way, and a handful of other places where the best way to see something is on foot. I am always looking for the next one. Of course, many local trails where every I am.
I keep an office at The Stutz in Indianapolis through Industrious, which is a very fancy way of saying I have a real desk and I use it.
When not on foot or bike, I travel with an Airstream. I believe deeply in farmers markets, slow mornings, and the radical act of deciding that your life is worth showing up for right now, not eventually.
I am glad you found your way here.
