I don’t prescribe rigid plans and I don’t expect you to overhaul your life overnight.
Instead, we look at what’s already there:
What’s working, what’s getting in your way and what small shifts will actually move you forward.
This is steady work: practical, flexible, and grounded in your day-to-day life.

I’ve navigated my own seasons of change, including weight, health, identity, and the long process of figuring out what actually works beyond theory
I bring coaching training, continued education in nutrition and wellness, and a real-life understanding of how change actually unfolds
I also support clients using GLP-1 medications, offering a space that is informed, non-judgmental, and focused on how this fits into your everyday life.
Many of the people I work with are women, but this work is not limited by gender.
