Build a healthier life

you can actually maintain.

I help individuals build sustainable habits that support their health, energy, and well-being for the long haul. As an Integrative Health and Wellness Coach, I guide whole-person change across nutrition, movement, stress, sleep, and daily routines, with Maintain Mode to help you keep what you’ve built.

Who this is for

Wherever you are in your health journey, the goal is the same: a way of living that holds up on ordinary days, not just motivated ones.

This is for you if...

  • You’ve made progress with your health and want to keep it

  • You start strong with new routines, but they fade when life gets busy

  • You want support that looks at the whole picture: food, movement, stress, sleep, and daily rhythm

  • You’ve lost weight, by any method, including GLP-1 medication, and want to know what comes next

  • You’d rather build steady habits than follow another plan you can’t keep up

You don’t need a perfect routine. You need one that fits your life, and a coach to help you build it.

meet pamela

I’m Pamela Anderson, a Certified Integrative Health and Wellness Coach and the founder of Wandermoon Collective in Indianapolis, Indiana.

I believe health isn’t built in a burst of motivation. It’s built in ordinary days, through habits that hold up when life gets full. That belief is the heart of how I coach.

Today I help individuals build habits that support their health, energy, and well-being, and keep them going after the initial push is over. Whether you’re maintaining weight loss, including support alongside GLP-1 medication, or simply tired of routines that fade, we work on the whole picture: nutrition, movement, stress, sleep, and daily rhythm.

Outside of work, you’ll find me playing in my creative studio, wandering in my Airstream, exploring other countries, or out on a trail. Long-distance walking is where I do my best thinking, and that love of wandering is the heart of the Wandermoon name.

I don’t have your answers. But I know the right questions, and I know how to help you find your way to yours.

GLP-1 maintenance:
when losing isn’t the whole story

You’ve lost the weight, or you’re getting close enough to start wondering what comes next.

Maybe you’re thinking about maintenance for the first time. Maybe you’re already there and discovering that maintaining isn’t simply doing exactly what you did while you were losing. Your appetite, routines, body, relationships with food and movement, and even the way you think about yourself may have changed along the way.

This is the part of GLP-1 care I’m especially interested in: preparing for maintenance and building a life that feels sustainable once you get there.

I’m a health and wellness coach, a longtime bariatric patient, and a GLP-1 user in maintenance myself. I don’t prescribe medication, manage dosing or side effects, or replace your medical care. My work is about the behavior change, reflection, experimentation, and real-life decisions that happen alongside it.

Because eventually, the goal is to spend less time thinking about losing weight and more time living the life you were trying to get back to.
