This short-term coaching partnership is for people who want to build some early momentum without committing to a full program. We figure out what's working, what isn't, and what actually matters to you, then start building something real from there.
Four sessions is enough time to get out of your own head and into some actual traction. Weekly or bi-weekly sessions.

We meet regularly, move at your pace, and build rhythms that fit your real life, not a version of your life where you have unlimited time and willpower and a very organized refrigerator.

What working together looks like
We meet for coaching sessions and talk about what's actually happening in your life. What's been frustrating, what's starting to shift, what feels possible next. Real conversation, not a progress report.
Between sessions, you're not on your own. You have space to reflect, adjust, and keep moving without the whole thing falling apart the moment something goes sideways. Because something always goes sideways.
This isn't about doing everything right. It's about staying in it long enough for things to actually change.

Every person is different, but this work often includes:
Navigating body change and health shifts, especially when your body is doing something new and nobody handed you a map
Building habits that fit your actual life, not the version of your life where you have unlimited time and infinite willpower
Working through all-or-nothing thinking, which is extremely common, extremely exhausting, and extremely fixable
Creating consistency without burning yourself out in the first two weeks and abandoning the whole thing by week three
Support during or alongside GLP-1 use, including the physical changes, the mental shifts, and the parts nobody talks about
Navigating weight loss without a GLP-1, including what to do when everyone around you seems to be on one and you're not
Reconnecting with movement in a way that doesn't feel like punishment or penance for something you ate

Market Walk — $100
For when your intentions are great but your crisper drawer tells a different story.
You want to eat well. You have genuinely good intentions every single time you walk into a grocery store. And yet somehow you get home with things you don't know how to use and nothing actually comes together for dinner.
This session meets you where those decisions happen, at the store or farmers market. We shop together, talk through what actually appeals to you (not what you think you should buy), and figure out simple ways to use what you bring home so it doesn't die quietly in a bag.
No rules. No restriction. No judgment about the fact that you've bought arugula four times and composted it four times.
What's included:

Market Walk & Prep — $200
Shop together, prep together, actually follow through.
Same as the Market Walk, but we don't stop at the store. We head back to your kitchen and make it real. We wash, chop, and prep together so what you bought is actually ready to eat this week instead of becoming a science experiment.
You end the session with a fridge that looks like someone who has their life together lives there. Even if only temporarily.

Pantry & Fridge Reset — $200
Not a purge. A reset. There's a difference.
We're not here to throw everything out and make you feel bad about the rutabaga you bought in 2023 and never touched. (Although, did you ever actually want rutabaga? Did anyone ask you if you wanted rutabaga? These are the real questions.)
We clear what's expired, reorganize what remains, and make space for what actually supports how you want to live now. You end with a kitchen that feels lighter, clearer, and easier to use, without the guilt trip.

New Roads: Travel Coaching Session — $175
For when "someday" has been on the itinerary long enough.
Travel can feel different when your body, your confidence, or your life has changed. Maybe you've been putting a trip off until you feel more ready, more comfortable, more like yourself. This session is for when you're done waiting.
We talk through what's been holding you back, what you actually need to feel prepared, and how to approach travel in a way that fits your life right now, not the life you're planning to have eventually.

Where we work
Coaching fits into your life, not the other way around. Here is how we can meet:
Virtually online by video or phone, from wherever you are. Most of my clients work this way and it works well. I use Zoom, but I will be transitioning over to using the Practice Better portal.
In person in Indianapolis at a coffee house or at Industrious, which has locations at The Stutz, in Carmel, and on Mass Ave. The Stutz (Capitol Ave & 10th St) is where I keep my office and it is a good spot for a session that feels like an actual appointment.
Walk & Talk sessions on public trails and spaces in the Indianapolis metro area. Fitness Farm and the Monon Trail are favorites. If you have somewhere else in mind, we can figure it out together. Public spaces only, because safety matters.
