  • 2 x 45-minute coaching sessions

The Long Walk: 3 Months

    You want to eat well. You like the idea of fresh, colorful food. But somehow what you buy doesn’t always turn into what you eat.

    This session meets you where those decisions actually happen, at the store or market.

    We shop together, talk through what genuinely appeals to you, and focus on simple ways to use what you bring home so it actually gets eaten.

    No rules. No restriction. Just food that feels good and works in your real life.

    • 1 × 90-minute in-person session

    • Grocery store or farmers market

    • Coaching around habits, food choices, and real-life use

  • Shop together, prep together, and make it real

    We start at the store or market, then head back to your kitchen and follow through.

    We wash, chop, and prep together so what you bought is actually ready to eat this week.

    You leave with food that’s usable, visible, and already part of your routine.

    • 60-minute shopping session

    • 60–90 minutes hands-on prep at your home

    • Coaching woven throughout
