When I am not dreaming about another Appalachian Trail attempt (i’ve tried a thru-hike 4 times) or planning my next Camino in Spain or Portugal, I am walking locally. I've navigated body change, menopause, and the GLP-1 journey firsthand. I know what it feels like to try hard and still feel stuck.
