I've been where you are. Not in a "I read about it once" way. In a "three kids by my early twenties, every diet Shape magazine ever published, bariatric surgery in 2011, and a meniscus tear on Valentine's Day on a mountain literally called Blood Mountain" kind of way.

I know what it feels like to try for a really long time and still feel stuck. I also know what it feels like to finally have tools that work with your biology instead of staging an ongoing uprising against it.

That's why I do this work. Not because I have a tidy before-and-after. Because I've lived the long version of this story, and I'm genuinely good at helping other people find their way through theirs.

If you're on a GLP-1 medication, or thinking about it, you already know what it's like out there. Everyone has an opinion. Many of them are misinformed or have an ulterior motive behind them. And the loudest ones are usually from people who have never taken a single dose and would like to tell you exactly what you're doing to your body.

I've been there myself. I know how it feels, how it fits into real life, and how to build habits that actually last alongside it. I also know how to sort the actual information from the noise, and there is a lot of noise.
